These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Homepalace via www.homepalace.nl .
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of the agreement

An agreement is concluded once you have placed an order and Homepalace has confirmed it by email.
Homepalace reserves the right to refuse an order if the information is incomplete or there are payment problems.

3. Prices and payments

  • All prices are stated in euros and include VAT .

  • Payment is made via the payment methods we offer during the checkout process.

  • Any additional shipping costs will be clearly stated before completing the order.

4. Shipping and delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 7–15 working days .
Delivery time may vary depending on the supplier or delivery service.
Homepalace is not liable for delays caused by external carriers.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt , without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

6. Warranty and liability

We do our best to deliver products in good condition.
Homepalace is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of products or incorrect application by the customer.
Our liability is always limited to the amount paid for the product.

7. Complaints handling

Do you have a complaint? Please send an email to support@homepalace.nl with a clear description of the problem.
We will respond within 5 working days with a suitable solution.

8. Disputes and applicable law

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes

Homepalace reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
The most recent version is always on our website.
