Return Policy – Homepalace
At Homepalace, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Because we work with international suppliers (via our dropshipping partners), our return process may differ slightly from what you might be used to.
Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product, if applicable.
Please note: because many of our products are shipped directly from the supplier, returns may not be accepted in some cases. Therefore, always contact us first via support@thehomepalace.com before returning anything.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging (if reasonably possible).

Return costs are for the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

In some cases, we may, in consultation, offer a partial refund without requiring you to return the product.
Received Damaged or Incorrect Product
Have you received a defective or incorrect item?
Within 7 days of receipt, send an email to support@thehomepalace.com with:

A brief description of the problem

Optionally, photos of the product
We will then contact the supplier and arrange a suitable solution — for example, a new product or a (partial) refund.
Refund
Once we have approved your return or complaint:

You will receive the refund within 7 business days of confirmation via the original payment method.

Any shipping costs for returns will only be reimbursed if the error lies with us or the supplier.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Our products are shipped directly from the supplier.
The average delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on the country of shipment and your location.
