Returns Policy – ​​Homepalace

At Homepalace we think it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Because we work with international suppliers (through our dropshipping partners), our returns process may differ slightly from what you may be used to.

Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt , without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product, if applicable .

Please note: Because many of our products are shipped directly from the supplier, returns may not be accepted in some cases. Therefore, please always contact us first at support@homepalace.nl. before you return anything.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (if reasonably possible).

  • Return costs are for the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • In some cases, after consultation, we can offer a partial refund without you having to return the product.

Received damaged or incorrect product

Did you receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please send an email to support@homepalace.nl within 7 days of receipt. of:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Possibly photos of the product

We will then contact the supplier and provide a suitable solution — for example, a new product or a (partial) refund.

Refund

When we have approved your return or complaint:

  • You will receive the amount back via the original payment method within 7 working days after confirmation.

  • Any return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the error lies with us or the supplier.

Shipping and delivery time

Our products are shipped directly from the supplier.
Delivery time is on average 6 – 20 business days , depending on the country of shipment and your location.
