Orders & Products
1. How can I place an order?
Select your favorite products, add them to your cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process to complete your order.
2. Can I still change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Need to change or cancel something? Please contact us within 12 hours at support@homepalace.nl. .
3. Are all products in stock?
Yes, all products on our website are available to order. Some items are shipped directly from our supplier to ensure the best price and quality.
Shipping & Delivery
4. What is the delivery time of my order?
We process orders within 1–3 business days .
The estimated delivery time is:

Within Europe: 6–20 working days

Outside Europe: 10–20 business days
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email.
6. My order hasn't arrived yet, what now?
Please check the track & trace link first.
Still no update after 20 business days ? Please contact us at support@homepalace.nl — we are happy to help you.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order? Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.
How do returns work? Returns must always be registered with us in advance. Send an email to support@homepalace.nl with your order number and the reason for your return. After approval, we will send you the return instructions and the return address. Please note: Because we work with international suppliers, the return address may be outside the Netherlands.
Who pays the return costs? The return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. When will I receive my refund? Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase price (excluding any return costs) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
